Chris Brown woke up this morning to something he’s none too pleased about.
Allegations swirled that the Royalty musician threatened a young woman with a gun after an argument in his Los Angeles home earlier this morning (Aug. 30).
According to TMZ, “Chris was in the house with several friends, including Ray J. They were talking and at one point Ray was getting a tattoo when some “uninvited guests” appeared inside the house and were asked to leave.” The story starts to get a little muffled after that, with the woman who called 911 claiming that Brown pulled a gun on her after asking her and another woman to leave, while another person inside the house insists that Breezy was asleep the entire time.
“At some point Ray J left the house and when he got to the base of the driveway, police handcuffed him and seized his BMW,” TMZ writes. “They checked his ID, uncuffed him and let him go, but kept his car as evidence.”
Several news outlets are also reporting that the LAPD and the S.W.A.T are currently outside of Brown’s house as part of the ongoing investigation, and are waiting for a warrant to search his home.
While heaps of drama and speculation is unfolding around him, the R&B star is posting Instagram videos voicing his disdain with the entire situation.
“So, I’m sleep half the damn night, I just wake up, all these mother f**kin’ helicopter choppers is around,” he says in one video posted not too long ago. “Come on, my ni**a. What the f**k else do y’all want from me, bro? Every three months y’all come up with somethin’ bro…what’s gonna be next? I’m gonna fart an elephant?”
In another video, Brown says that this is just good publicity for him (he even manages to plug his song “Grass Ain’t Greener”), however, he continues to proclaim his innocence. He says that the police are “the worst gang in the world,” and that they won’t find any gun in his house.
Story developing.
